antique-silver-salver-IMG_9004Antique Silver Salver Hallmarks Sheffield 1892 offered for sale by Silver2treasure

It has a cast gadroon and shell border and it stands on 3 decorative bracket feet. It is very heavy and is a good piece of solid silver.

Makers Marks: HA (Atkin Brothers).

Dimensions: 12.5 inches in diameter and 1 inch tall. It weighs 815g.

Condition: Overall it is in good condition but there is some very light surface scratching which is only to be expected on a metal item and is commensurate with age and use and is very minor. There is also a very slight impression in the very centre but again this is very minor.

Remarks: This really is a very good heavy antique solid silver Victorian 118 year old circular salver and ideal for use as an impressive serving tray or a lovely salver for displaying a teaset, decanter and glasses etc.

Priced at £565 in our ebay store with free UK postage.
