Silver Christening Spoon Prince William Boxed Hallmarked London 1982 by Franklin Mint offered for sale by Silver2treasure.

This is a Boxed Silver Collectors Spoon. It is to commemorate the Christening of Prince William. It is very decorative with an embossed decoration to the handle and terminal which includes a daffodil and thistle. It is engraved on the back of the handle "Prince William 4th August 1982". It comes in its blue presentation box which is also stamped inside the lid "The Royal Christening Spoon Prince William 4th August 1982 Franklin Mint Limited Edition". It also comes complete with the certificate of authenticity. It is quite a large spoon and is made from a good guage of silver.

Makers Marks: FM (Franklin Mint)

Dimensions: Just over 4.75 inches long, the bowl 1.5 inches long and just under 1 inch wide. It weighs 32g

Condition: It is in excellent condition

Remarks: A lovely silver boxed collectors spoon and an interesting addition to any Royal memorabelia collection. I do have another of these spoons if you would like a pair.
